Lisa Jivan Attorneys is a boutique law firm in Durban, Kharwastan specialising in various legal services with emphasis on Property Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation and Drafting of Contracts.

Lisa Jivan is the sole practitioner of Lisa Jivan Attorneys. Lisa obtained her LLB degree from the University of Natal in 2003.

She first served articles at Suren Naidoo & Associates in 2004 and later joined Logan Naidoo & Associates as a Junior Attorney where she gained experience in Property Law, Administration of estates, Civil Litigation, Family Law and Criminal Law.

Lisa was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on the 4 July 2006, also admitted as a Conveyancer of the High Court on the 10 August 2012 and Notary Public on 1 September 2023.

Lisa also went on to obtain her Certificate in Financial Planning (NQ 5) at Milpark Business School in 2013 and has gained vast experience in Estate Planning.
